June’s dinner will focus on the bold flavors of ripe, in-season vegetables and fruits such as berries, apricots, cherries, peppers, sunburst squash, new potatoes, and avocados along with sweet herbs, hardy chives, grilled artichokes and wild king salmon, and the rich umami of anchovies and sardines.
